Terms & Conditions
1. Campaign Overview & Validity
Promotion Period: Valid from May 11, 2026, until October 31, 2026.
Issuance: Loyalty cards are exclusively issued at the Loco Food Truck (Gourmet Park, Raffles Place). Cards will not be distributed at other Super Loco Group restaurants.
Redemption Deadline: All completed cards must be redeemed by October 31, 2026.
2. Earning Stamps
Qualification: One (1) stamp is awarded for every individual taco purchased.
Earning Locations: Stamps can be collected at the Loco Food Truck or any participating Super Loco Group restaurant.
Point of Sale: Stamps must be applied to the card at the time of checkout/payment. Retroactive stamping for previous receipts is not permitted.
3. The Reward: Free 6 Taco Platter
Redemption Rule: Redemption is valid for the "Next Visit" only. A completed card (10 stamps) cannot be redeemed during the same visit during which the final stamps were earned.
Platter Contents: Guests may choose their taco fillings from the available selection at the time of redemption.
Limit: Maximum of one (1) free platter per table, per visit.
4. Large Groups & Split Bills
Single Transactions: If a large group (e.g., 10 tacos) is paid for under one single bill, the stamps will be applied to a single card.
Split Bills: If a group requests to split the bill into separate transactions, stamps will be distributed across separate cards corresponding to the tacos purchased per transaction.
5. General Terms
Non-Transferable: Stamps and completed cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credits, other menu items, or currency.
Card Integrity: Super Loco Group reserves the right to refuse cards for any reason and without notice.
Management Rights: Super Loco Group reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the promotion at any time. In all matters regarding this promotion, the decision of the management is final.
