Kickstart the celebration with a three-hour free-flow session of Mexican cuisine, frozen lime margaritas, beers, wines, spirits and bubbly, under the picturesque city skyline. As the sun goes down and the stars come out, the party warms up with tableside magic from Bending Conventions and laid-back beats from DJ Black Tropik. Guests can also enjoy activities, including Singapore trivia and piñata bashing.
This year’s menu includes some signature dishes that will only be available at the National Day Parade event, Viva Singapore! Guests can enjoy a Smoked Pork Jowl Taco, featuring succulent smoky pork, porcini mushroom and guajillo chilli rub, habanero salsa, and herb mayo, finished with crispy shallots, which is available as part of the free-flow menu; as are the Pandan Churros - a Singaporean twist on the classic Mexican dessert, with desiccated coconut and kaya jam.
Super Loco Customs House’s special National Day dinner menu and free-flow runs exclusively for ticketed guests on Friday, 9 August 2024 from 6PM to 9PM.
